These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at brockmedia.co (the "Site") and any photography, video, drone, or marketing services provided by Brock Media Co. ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation. All content on the Site, including photos, videos, text, and graphics, is owned by Brock Media Co. or its licensors and is protected by copyright. You may not copy, redistribute, or use it commercially without written permission.
Services & Bookings
- Bookings are confirmed once we send written confirmation.
- Pricing shown on the Site is subject to change and may vary based on location, scope, and add-ons.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of a scheduled shoot may be subject to a fee.
- Weather-related reschedules for exterior or drone work are handled at no charge.
Payment
Invoices are due upon delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing. Final media files are released upon receipt of payment.
Licensing of Deliverables
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use delivered media for the marketing of the specific property, brand, or project it was created for. Brock Media Co. retains copyright and may use the media in its portfolio, website, and social channels.
Drone Operations
All drone flights are conducted by an FAA Part 107 certified remote pilot in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including airspace restrictions in Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. We reserve the right to cancel or modify drone work when conditions or regulations require it.
Disclaimers
The Site and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes from the use of our media.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brock Media Co.'s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site or services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Washington County, Maryland.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
